Need a space to work on your jewellery projects? Join us for one of our Friday bench rental sessions for established jewellers or jewellery students with enough experience to work independently. We have twelve benches available for hire with individual soldering stations and access to a full range hand tools. We would be delighted to rent you one of our benches on a pay-as-you-go basis.
On selected dates (see below) we open the doors to our bright and spacious studio for drop-in sessions, bringing you all of the advantages of a fully equipped jewellery studio but without the long term commitment.
One Friday each month is dedicated to Enamel projects with all kilns set up for use. It would be great if you bring your own enamel powder however we will have a selection available to buy on the day. Please note that you are welcome to join an enamel session without doing enamel but masks must be worn throughout and there will be no food or drink permitted. Enamelling is not permitted on regular bench rental days.
Bench rentals are available from 10.30 am – 4pm, pre-booking required, please give at least 24 hours notice.
Bench rental is £7 per hour and includes full access to tools and studio equipment, but no tuition or materials. Payment for your first hour will be taken as a non refundable deposit, and you can pay your balance upon leaving. Please indicate your arrival time using the notes section at checkout.
