Hello everyone!

Finally a refresher of Weekend Workshops has been added to the website! It’s not the full schedule but hopefully there will be something there to pique your interest. See the new listings here.

The biggest change to the line-up is that we have expanded our very popular Sea Glass Ring workshop into a 2 day workshop format! Feedback from our previous workshops indicated that students felt that there was a lot of techniques to get to grips with in a single day…and it’s true!  We’ve now restructured the class so you get more time to learn how to texture or roll print your ring and how to achieve a better finish. There might even be time to finish the cup of coffee you started 😉

For folks who have requested Precious Metal Clay, Spoon Forging and Enamelling – don’t worry! We are doing our best to finalise dates and tutors and we will announce them via the newsletter just as soon as they are ready. Add soon-to-be-confirmed workshop covering Fold Forming with Edinburgh based jeweller Jenny Deans and our weekends will be jam packed! Why not treat yourself?

Evening classes are well underway and once again fully booked on the Tuesday and Wednesday night. We’ve added a couple of fantastic new evening class tutors to help out and you can learn a little more about them here. Evening classes don’t run over the summer months but we will list any available spaces for September’s classes at the end of June.

We also will be open during the Forth Valley Open Studios on the 9th, 15th and 16th of June. Please stop in if you would like to view the studios or chat about a class or workshop. We will have a selection of jewellery to view and to buy and as always – coffee, tea and biscuits!

All the best for a creative summer!
