Weekly Jewellery Classes – Tuesdays 2.30 pm – 5 pm
21 Apr- 23 Jun 2026
No Half term
Level: Beginners and Returners
Join us for a block of silver jewellery-making classes in our buzzing creative studio. Complete beginners and experienced makers alike are warmly welcome.
Beginners will be guided step by step through our structured curriculum by one of our professional jewellery tutors. During your first term, you’ll learn the essential skills of sawing, texturing, shaping and soldering, alongside ring making and basic stone-setting techniques. You’ll start by working in copper or brass to build a collection of samples, before progressing to a finished piece of your own design – such as a ring, pendant or pair of earrings – in sterling silver.
Returning students will enjoy demonstrations of more advanced techniques, helping you to steadily expand your jewellery-making portfolio. You can choose which new skills you’d like to develop as you work on your own personal projects during class, with full access to our extensive range of tools and equipment. Techniques vary from term to term and may include casting, etching, intermediate ring-making methods, and much more.
If you need a little inspiration, our tutors are always on hand to help you generate ideas. You’ll also have access to our extensive jewellery library, plus a Pinterest page packed with creative inspiration.
